Plywood variations require test fitting when it comes to CNC based plywood joinery. Skip all those measurements and use the Plywood Thickness Tester instead. But, here\u2019s the thing: the only way you can make one is with a CNC. For that you\u2019ll need to download the DXF or Rhino3D files and program to make the cuts for the slots with a .250\u2033 bit.
